**Due to the nature of our products, exchanges or refunds are only available for faulty items or items that are unused and unopened
Returns.**
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags. If the item has been taken out of its packaging, handled or used, unfortunately, we are unable to process a return for hygiene reasons. Please email us on info@truefun.co.uk to begin the returns process
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your item is defective or develops a fault within 30 days, we will organise with you to return your item and replace it. Items that are used and develop a fault must be thoroughly cleaned for inspection prior to being returned. Please email us on info@truefun.co.uk to begin the exchange process
Refunds
Once your return is received and passes inspection, a refund will be processed within 30 days. If your refund is not approved, we will notify you via email and provide you with the option of having the item returned to you. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
For obvious hygiene reasons, several types of goods are exempt from being returned, these include:
– Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines
– Lingerie & items of clothing
– Condoms
– Intimate or sanitary goods (including sex toys), hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
– Goods that are not heat-sealed in the box
Please do not return your order to the manufacturer or the contact address on our site. Please email us on info@truefun.co.uk and we will send you instructions on how to return your order along with a return address.
